LA MUSIC VIDEO FESTIVAL – HELL YEAH.

One of my fears, among so so many, is the loss of passionate music video filmmakers. If you’re like me and your life wouldn’t be complete without thoughtful cinematic moments set to your beloved tunes, then this is the event for you.

Los Angeles is celebrating music video innovators May 1st (I know, I’m sorry I’m a little late) through May 4th in downtown Los Angeles! Their PR people say it best:

The Los Angeles Music Video Festival (LAMVF) was created for a single purpose: to celebrate the art of music videos. LAMVF will present its 3rd annual event Wednesday, May 1st through Saturday, May 4th at the Downtown Independent Theater. The longest festival to date, this year’s program includes six screenings curated from over 400 submissions from 32 countries, dynamic panels, keynote & lifetime achievement winner Greg Gold, and LAMVF’s own “Life’s A Pitch” project with an added twist requiring the winning director to create a music video in 48 hours.

Tickets are on sale now at www.lamvf.com.
